Veronica Morgan-Lee received her Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Masters in Social Work from St. Louis University. She is the founder and CEO of Dr. Morgan-Lee and The Firm iMPACt, a consulting firm that focuses on building Nonprofit institutions in areas of racial equity, mission and vision, governance, leadership, finances, fund development, education, cultural arts, historical traditions, and professional and organizational development. Since 2005, Dr. Morgan-Lee has been the Director of Fund Development for Hill Dance Academy Theatre (HDAT) a nonprofit Dance Education program, with the mission to sustain Black Dance and Black Traditions, in Pittsburgh’s Historic Hill District Community. Dr. Morgan-Lee is an Adjunct Faculty member at Point Park University in the Graduate and Undergraduate School of Business & Organizational Development. Dr. Morgan-Lee is a sought after speaker locally and nationally on topics of racism, diversity and education. Dr. Morgan-Lee is a native of Louisiana and she spent ten years on the faculty of Xavier University’s Institute for Black Catholic studies as a graduate faculty member.
